Canopy & filter cleaning
Canopies stripped to bare metal, capture jets cleared, baffle and mesh filters soak-tanked or replaced. Lighting and plenum surfaces included.
Ductwork deep cleaning
Horizontal runs, risers and discharge points cleaned to TR/19 Grease surface-deposit limits using rotary brushing, hand scraping and enclosed extraction.
Extract fan cleaning & service
Impeller, scroll, housing and motor casing degreased; belts, bearings and vibration checked; airflow verified on rebuild.
Access panel installation
Where ductwork cannot be inspected, we fit compliant, gasketed access hatches at correct intervals so the whole system becomes certifiable.
Deposit testing & certification
Wet-film thickness readings at fixed points, photographic evidence, schematic drawing and a dated hygiene certificate for insurers and inspectors.
